We start every half term with the new Jigsaw PSHE theme assembly. In Autumn Term 2 we will be learning about 'Celebrating Differences'. We began our assembly by discussing the meaning of the words 'same' and 'similar'. The children thoroughly enjoyed talking about the similarities between Mrs Barrow and Miss James! We then moved on to how we celebrate difference and how important it is to acknowledge and celebrate those differences! Members of Y6 also supported the discussion on differences by reading out some very interesting facts about animals. Did you know that no zebras have the same markings!
