Our new Sensory Room is a specially designed space that provides pupils with an immersive sensory experience. The room is used for relaxation, stress relief and as a therapeutic tool for all. 

Our brand new room is equipped with soft and cuddly toys, wall lights and a comfy tent to relax in. All pupils at Hawthorn are welcome to use the room in times of need. 

It is located on the ground floor next door to the pastoral room. 

Professionals working with pupils in school are welcome to use this space for 1-1 or group sessions.
