Spring is here, and the children have been observing the changes in the seasons and how the environment around them is changing. We went for a spring walk, looking at the buds on the trees, the blossom, and the daffodils. It's lovely to be out in the sunshine.

Our garden needed tending to, so we've been out getting our hands dirty, removing the weeds, and sowing some new seeds for some spring flowers, herbs and vegetables.

We've looked closely at the daffodils growing in our garden, identifying the petals, the trumpet and the stems.
