The children in each class celebrated Kindness Day in different ways. Some children took part in activities for example sharing the story ‘Have you filled your bucket today?’ in Reception and Year One. They then thought of ways to show each other kindness and respect. Year One decorated their own bucket by annotating them with acts of kindness.

Year 4 introduced a kindness tree; adding acts they had completed through the day. All classes now have class ‘kindness trees’ filled with acts of kindness that are added to their tree and shared weekly.

Year 5 created their own kindness trees and displayed them in class!
